Our Executive Team
Pamela L. Weston, Founder
Prior to forming U.S. Career Institute, Ms. Weston worked in the medical and legal fields. Eventually she began her teaching career. By listening carefully to her students and paying attention to their needs, she discovered the great advantages of home-based training. The hundreds of successful USCI graduates who have fulfilled their career goals through Pam's home-study programs are a testament to her vision and dedication.

After taking time off to raise her family, she returned to the educational career arena when she joined USCI in 1993. Ann is credentialed by the State of Colorado, and combines her educational and business savvy to create a strong future for both the students and school.
